Church Food Preparation Guidelines 06/2021

1. Food preparers will wear gloves at all times when handling food or utensils.
2. Only team members involved in the food service will be allowed in the kitchen or meal preparation areas. (no exceptions.
3. Individual pre-packaged and sealed utensils, napkins, salt and pepper will be provided.
4. Food will be served by team members in a buffet style line outside of the kitchen. The servers must wear gloves and be in good health.
5. All tables will be sanitized before and after the meal by members of the team.
